Travel Mammography Tech - $2,689 per week

About the Role

American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for an 8-week travel assignment in Portland, Oregon, starting November 16, 2026. The position requires 2+ years of mammography experience and ARRT(R) certification.

• Inpatient and outpatient mammography setting
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend shifts required
• May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed
• Epic EMR experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and screening mammography procedures including 3-D and digital imaging

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in mammography
• ARRT(R) certification
• BLS certification
• OBMI certification
• State license if applicable
• Epic charting system experience
• Experience with 3-D mammography, digital mammography, diagnostic and screening mammograms

Preferred Qualifications

• PACS experience
• Teaching hospital experience

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate with no radius restriction for eligibility
• Candidates must have been off contract for 6+ months to be eligible for return assignments

Pay

Pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
