Travel LTC/SNF RN - $2,063 per week

About the Role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Garrison, North Dakota. This position involves providing extended care to patients with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or progressive conditions, primarily in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine treatment and assess changes in patients' health status.
• Administer medications and perform various treatments as assigned by physicians.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing.
• Record vital signs and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care among nursing staff, physicians, and treatment teams.
• Stay well-versed in a variety of health conditions due to the broad range of medical needs in long-term care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Additional facility-specific requirements may apply.

Schedule

• Start Date: 09/14/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts
