Travel LTC/SNF Registered Nurse - $1,786 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing for a 13-week assignment in Luverne, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as an RN in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or related field preferred.
