MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a Long Term Care (LTC) assignment in New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
About the Role
This is a travel nursing assignment with the following details:
- Start Date: 09/21/2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Responsibilities
Long-term care nurses provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or suffering from progressive or chronic illnesses. Duties include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing
- Recording vital signs and administering medications
- Completing assignments made by physicians
- Providing routine treatment and assessing changes in patient health status
- Performing various treatments and administering medication
- Meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Active RN License or Active LPN License
- Degree from an accredited nursing program
- BLS Certification
- Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long-Term Care setting
- Additional requirements may be determined by the client’s facility
