About the role
A travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care position is available in Dayton, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care.
- Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
- Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Requirements
- American Heart Association ACLS certification.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Ventilation and tracheotomy experience.
- Experience working in a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting within a hospital.
- Ohio RN license or multi-state RN license.
