Travel LTAC RN - $2,031 per week

About the role

Travel nursing position for a Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse in Greensboro, North Carolina. Start date: September 21, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in care delivery
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Supervise and direct assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

Schedule

• Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, rotating to Wednesday and Thursday the following week
• On-call required one weekend per month

Requirements

• 2 years of recent Skilled RN experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Vent/trach experience preferred
• Knowledge of central lines and preferred wound care experience
• NC or multi-state compact RN license
