Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Acute Care setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and rehabilitation
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to care
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery strategies
Requirements
- 2 years of recent experience in Long Term Acute Care
- Current BLS required
- Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
- Valid Driver’s License
Qualifications
- ACLS may be required depending on location
- Background and drug screen required
