Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $1,977 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Rochelle Park, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current New Jersey RN license.
• Experience in LTAC preferred.
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
