Travel LTAC Registered Nurse - $1,846 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Memphis, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an LTAC setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in LTAC preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of LTAC protocols and procedures.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
