Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Florence, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospitalization due to complex medical conditions.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes to healthcare team.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
