Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) position in Springdale, Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring extended hospital stays due to complex medical conditions.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arkansas.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term acute care preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of LTAC care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of LTAC-specific equipment and supplies.
