Travel LPN / LVN - Long-Term Care

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing medical and personal care to patients requiring extended support
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
• Deliver quality patient care
• Support care plans
• Ensure patient safety

Requirements

• BLS certification required
• Pass the Core Mandatory Exam
• Valid LPN/LVN licensure with experience in long-term and dementia care

Pay

Weekly pay range: $955.50 to $1,085.50, based on experience

Schedule

3 days per week, 12 hours each, night shifts
