Travel LPN/LVN

About the Role

Responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients requiring assistance with daily activities in a home setting, under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and dress wounds
• Monitor vital signs
• Assist with personal hygiene
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Educate and support patients and families on managing chronic conditions and health maintenance

Requirements

• Valid and active LPN/LVN license in the practice state
• Must pass the NCLEX-PN exam
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of nursing practices, ability to work independently, and adherence to healthcare regulations and policies
