About the role
This is a 13-week travel LPN/LVN position in Klamath Falls, OR, starting on 7/12/2026, with a minimum of 2 years healthcare experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with medication administration and documentation.
- Participate in rounds and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an LPN/LVN in the state of Oregon.
- At least 2 years of healthcare experience.
- BCLS/BLS certification.

Pay
