Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate resident care
- Work independently and collaborate with the healthcare team
Requirements
- Current LPN license
- Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
- IV Certification preferred
- Experience with PointClickCare preferred
Schedule
- Nights
- 12-hour shifts
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week
Start Date
- ASAP
Facility Census
- Approximately 45 residents
Staffing
- Typically one nurse in the building at a time
