Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care, including administering medications, assisting with daily activities, wound care, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Administer treatments, medications, and document care accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and follow care plans.
- Educate residents and families on treatments and disease management.
- Supervise support staff and respond to emergencies within scope of practice.
Requirements
- At least one year of recent LPN experience.
- A valid LPN license.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
