About the role

Responsibilities

• Makes rounds to monitor patient conditions
• Documents all care provided accurately and timely
• Educates residents and families about their health and treatment plans
• Supervises support staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
• Responds to emergencies within the scope of practice

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent LPN experience
• A valid LPN license
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
