About the role

The role involves providing hands-on patient care, administering medications, assisting with treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Providing bedside care
• Managing wounds and catheters
• Documenting patient status
• Education of residents and families
• Supervision of support staff
• Responding to emergencies

Requirements

• One year of recent LPN experience
• A valid LPN license
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Preferred qualifications

• Additional certifications based on facility needs
