About the role

The role involves providing hands-on nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting with treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patient well-being.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient safety and comfort through bedside care
• Manage wounds and catheters as needed
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families about their health conditions and treatment plans
• Supervise support staff and delegate tasks effectively
• Respond promptly to emergencies and medical crises

Requirements

• At least one year of recent LPN experience
• A valid LPN license
• Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
