Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on bedside care, including assisting with daily activities, wound care, and medication administration.
- Monitor patient conditions, document care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop care plans.
- Support residents' emotional well-being through compassionate interactions and education for residents and families.
- Supervise support staff and respond to emergencies within scope of practice.
Requirements
- Must have at least one year recent experience.
- Valid LPN license.
- Certified BLS/CPR.
