Responsibilities
- Makes rounds to assess patients' conditions
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure patient care is coordinated
- Monitors patient conditions and documents care accurately
- Provides education to residents and families about their health
- Supervises support staff to ensure efficient care delivery
- Responds to emergencies and provides immediate care
- Completes necessary paperwork and reports
Requirements
- At least one year of recent LPN experience
- A valid license
- Certified Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
