Responsibilities
- Administer medications
- Perform wound care
- Document patient status accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and follow care plans
- Educate residents and families
- Supervise support staff
- Respond to emergencies and recognize changes in patient condition within scope of practice
Requirements
- At least one year of recent LPN experience
- A valid license
- A current CPR/BLS certification
