Travel Long-Term Care / SNF Registered Nurse - $1,932 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 12-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Waukon, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other health data.
• Administer medications as prescribed by a physician.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to discuss resident care plans.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

• Proficient in computer skills, including electronic health records (EHR).
