Travel Long Term Care RN - $2,206 per week

About the role
This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Registered Nurse in a rehabilitation and nursing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and be comfortable working with dementia patients. Floating to other units may be required as needed based on patient care needs.
Schedule
- 12-hour Day shift
- Must work a minimum of every other weekend
- Must work 2 out of 4 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day)
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Float as needed to assist in other units based on staffing and patient needs
Requirements
- BLS certification through AHA required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing
- Previous travel nursing experience is required
- Experience in long-term care (LTC) is mandatory
- Must be comfortable working with dementia patients

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
