Travel Long Term Care RN - $2,023 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care (LTC) for a travel nursing assignment in Rochester, New York. Start date: October 26, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment type: Travel. Shift: 12‑hour flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and perform assessments.
• Document patient conditions accurately and timely.
• Implement and manage nursing care plans.
• Supervise and support LPN and CNA staff.
• Administer medications as per protocols.
• Ensure an excellent level of communication with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Active New York State RN License (NYS ONLY).
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a long‑term care setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA ONLY).

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

36 hours per week; days, evenings, and nights shifts; weekends, on‑call, and holidays as required. Shift length: 12 hours, flexible.
