About the role
GrapeTree Medical Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a position in Long Term Care (LTC) at Grape Tree Medical Hospital in Osage, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.

- Proficient in computer systems used for patient care documentation.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 34 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
