Travel Long Term Care Registered Nurse - $1,925 per week

About the role

Long Term Care RN position in Luverne, Minnesota. Provide care in a post‑acute setting with 12‑hour day and night rotations, including weekend and holiday shifts. Focus on patients with dementia and geriatrics, use electronic medical records (Point Click Care), and collaborate with a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to long‑term care patients, emphasizing dementia and geriatrics.
• Work 12‑hour shifts covering day (6a‑6p) and night (6p‑6a) rotations.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations (every other weekend).
• Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for charting and documentation.
• Maintain patient ratios: 2 nurses per daytime shift, 1 nurse overnight.
• Orient and complete floor shifts as scheduled.
• Adhere to policies regarding backouts and short‑notice quits; no on‑call or billable callback.

Requirements

• BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• Valid RN license.
• Ability to work 6p‑6a and 6a‑6p shifts.
• Minimum 36 hours per week.
