Travel Long Term Care Nursing Supervisor - $2,715 per week

We are seeking a dedicated Long Term Care Supervisor to provide oversight and leadership within the facility. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality care for residents and supporting the nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff in the long-term care setting.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate patient care activities and promote a team-centered approach.
• Monitor resident health and well-being, advocating for their needs.
• Participate in staff training and evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in long-term care or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Current nursing licensure (RN or LPN) is required.
