Travel Long Term Care Nurse Manager - $2,193 per week

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Reedsburg, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document resident health status and progress.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the living environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Knowledge of LTC regulations and standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
