About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026, in Hilo, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Assess and document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations and provide recommendations for patient care.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Hawaii.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology preferred.
• Passing score on the Praxis II exam or equivalent.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
