Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist - $2,290 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Brookings, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and guidelines.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice in the state of Oregon.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA accredited program.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Praxis II exam.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
