Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,590 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Burlingame, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
• Assist patients with physical therapy exercises and activities
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in California
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Contract/travel assignments are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
