About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a position in Burkburnett, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Monitor patients' progress and report changes to supervising therapist
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
