About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Toms River, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Perform duties under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a recognized Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
Skills
- Proficient in using medical terminology and documentation systems
- Knowledge of long-term care and skilled nursing facility protocols
- Ability to perform basic patient assessments and interventions

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
