Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $1,980 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting October 5, 2026, in Honokaa, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Hawaii.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care or related field.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Current CPR certification.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
