Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist - $2,130 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026, in Concord, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in long-term care facilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Massachusetts
• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of relevant work experience in long-term care settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
