Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,826 per week

GrapeTree Medical Staffing Allied is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Saint Joseph, Missouri. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with an 8-hour day shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a patient’s progress to ensure successful completion of treatment
• Encourage patients during their recovery process
• Help patients improve their quality of life by finding solutions to their problems
• Assist injured employees in improving motor skills to re-enter the workforce
• Teach patients with disabilities to become more independent
• Update patient records for the Occupational Therapist
• Maintain the office, treatment room, and equipment in good order
• Teach patients, family members, or other caregivers skills and techniques to support the treatment program

Requirements

• COTA license (Required)
• CPR certification (Required)
• 2 years of OT experience (Preferred)
• LTC or Rehab experience (Preferred)

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts for 13 weeks starting 08/24/2026.
