Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,310 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Plainfield, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist patients with daily activities of living
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Passing score on the NBCOT certification exam

Pay

• Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
