About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care position in West Allis, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient care activities and progress in the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Perform medication administration and other clinical tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass a background check.
