About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care at a location in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Long Term Acute Care setting.
- Assist with daily living activities as needed.
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care and treatment plans accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work 36 hours per week.
- Must be available to work 12-hour shifts, nights.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Long Term Acute Care protocols and procedures.
