About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Acute Care position in Columbus, Nebraska.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Nebraska.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in Long Term Acute Care preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care.
- Effective communication skills.
