About the role
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a Long Term Acute Care facility
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico
- At least one year of experience in Long Term Acute Care or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Proficient in using electronic medical records systems
- Knowledge of Long Term Acute Care protocols and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Pay
