Travel Logistics Representative
Responsibilities
- Review incoming trip requests, confirm objectives, and clarify scope to support business needs
- Cook up plans for business travel, including itinerary development and stakeholder trip schedules
- Handle travel logistics, like booking accommodations, arranging transportation, and setting up dining and park experiences
- Coordinate interpreter support and prepare materials for meetings and engagements
- Be the first point of contact for travelers, solving issues and ensuring a smooth travel experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners for effective trip coordination
- Keep track of trip data and documents for tracking and planning, and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- Show strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Be able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Have strong problem-solving abilities and good judgment
- Communicate effectively, engaging across various levels and departments
- Display a professional, customer-focused attitude aligned with Disney standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex schedules or multi-day programs
- Background in travel, hospitality, operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with Disney Parks & Resorts environments
- Experience using tracking systems or tools for logistics and workload management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Additional Information
- Occasional travel may be required to nearby Disney locations, including Anaheim (Disneyland Resort), Glendale (Walt Disney Imagineering/Creative Campus), and Burbank (Studio Lot), to support coordination, site familiarity, and partner engagement.
