Travel LNA - 2nd Shift - St. Albans, VT

Responsibilities

• Aid patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

Requirements

• Active LNA License in VT
• Successful completion of a state approved Licensed Nursing Assistant program
• Every other weekend required
• Must have reliable transportation
