Boston Harbor Shipyard and Marina is seeking a year-round Travel Lift Operator. This job offers a great opportunity to be a part of Ocean Havens, as it is a fast-growing team in an exciting industry!

Responsibilities

• Operation of boat handling equipment such as hydraulic boat trailers, fork lift, yard crane, and Marine Travelift.
• Primary responsibility includes performing heavy lifting, climbing, and carrying during the job process.
• Maintain awareness of and consistently practice safe work habits.

Requirements

• Background in hauling boats.
• Ability to operate and handle boat handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and carrying.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating boat handling equipment.
• Knowledge of marine travelift operations.
• Valid driver’s license.

Skills

• Proficient in operating various types of boat handling equipment.
• Strong physical stamina and endurance.
• Attention to detail and safety-conscious attitude.
