Role & Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based outpatient behavioral health treatment, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy.
- Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and care coordination.
- Support individuals experiencing behavioral, emotional, and mental disorders using culturally relevant and trauma-informed approaches.
- Develop and review personalized treatment plans, promote coping skills, and enhance self-care.
- Deliver crisis intervention services during clinic hours and rotating after-hours shifts.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Meet clinical productivity standards and adhere to confidentiality policies.
- Complete required supervision, licensing, and certification maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred; ongoing licensure compliance required.
- Experience in behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning across age groups.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods, legal and ethical standards, and documentation regulations.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Key Duties
- Implement culturally sensitive assessments and interventions.
- Incorporate trauma-informed care and substance use disorder treatments.
- Provide care coordination, client advocacy, and motivational interviewing.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
- Fulfill licensure and certification requirements, ensuring compliance throughout employment.
