Role and Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based outpatient behavioral health treatment, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy.
- Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and care coordination.
- Support individuals and families within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Deliver crisis intervention services during clinic hours and shared after-hours rotations.
- Develop and review personalized treatment plans, utilizing trauma-informed care and integrating mental health and substance use interventions.
- Collaborate with team members, community agencies, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and licensure requirements.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and meet productivity standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred; licensure must be maintained.
- Experience with behavioral health assessment, diagnoses, and treatment planning across all ages.
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation criteria and trauma-informed care practices.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
- Additional certifications like BLS, MAC, or Chemical Dependency Counselor preferred.
Key Duties
- Implement culturally relevant screening, assessment, and evidence-based therapies.
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
- Provide crisis intervention and care coordination.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Engage in professional development and multidisciplinary team activities.
