Role & Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based outpatient behavioral health treatment, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy.
- Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and care coordination.
- Implement culturally relevant screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Utilize trauma-informed care and integrate mental health and substance use disorder interventions.
- Develop and review individualized treatment plans, promote coping skills, and support self-care.
- Offer crisis intervention during clinic hours and shared after-hours services.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Meet clinical productivity standards and adhere to legal, ethical, and confidentiality policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred; ongoing licensure maintenance required.
- Experience with behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for all ages.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods, diagnostic criteria, and legal regulations.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within three months.
