Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based outpatient behavioral health treatment, including individual, group, family, and marital therapy.
  • Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and care coordination.
  • Implement culturally relevant screening, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Utilize trauma-informed care and integrate mental health and substance use disorder interventions.
  • Develop and review individualized treatment plans, promote coping skills, and support self-care.
  • Offer crisis intervention during clinic hours and shared after-hours services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Meet clinical productivity standards and adhere to legal, ethical, and confidentiality policies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT preferred; ongoing licensure maintenance required.
  • Experience with behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for all ages.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods, diagnostic criteria, and legal regulations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within three months.
