Travel Licensed Nurse

Responsibilities

• Aid in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Administer medications and support diagnostic testing and procedures
• Maintain safety protocols and respond to medical emergencies
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and ancillary departments
• Assist with minor procedures and implement therapeutic diets

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• One (1) or more years clinic experience required
• Willing and able to travel 100% of the time
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) within the states of practice
• Current CPR certification

Qualifications

• Correctional experience is preferred but not required
• Adaptable and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in diverse correctional environments

Schedule

• Full-time travel to meet staffing needs across multiple sites
• Shifts typically 12-hour days or nights, with some 8-hour options and weekend rotations depending on the site
