Role & Responsibilities
Provide psychosocial support, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, and develop care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support pediatric patients and families.
Manage cases, addressing issues like suicide risk, self-harm, substance use, and behavioral health.
Document encounters accurately using Epic EMR and float to other UCSF facilities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LCSW license
- At least 2 years recent LCSW experience
- Recent Pediatric, Outpatient, and Case Management experience
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Experience in Teaching Hospitals
- Current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
